Customer service is lacking. My sister in law ordered 8 dozen cupcakes for my niece's graduation party this weekend. The cupcakes were supposed to be delivered on Saturday evening for Sunday. After a "no show" on Saturday night, my sister in law was left with no dessert for the event on Sunday. The reason given was the order was not confirmed, however, several emails back and forth contradict that lame excuse. I don't really understand why a business would pass up a large order from a respectable paying customer.
