My husband and I had been to many jewelry stores in Barrie looking for wedding bands and this was the first place were they kindly greet you and actually take the time to ask what your looking for, where with other stores they just stare at you and could care less to help out. I’ve brought rings here in the past to be resized and the work has always been excellent. Most recently, I went in thinking the clasp on my 14k gold bracelet needed to be replaced. The associate checked it out, realized it wasn’t broken, and simply snapped it back into place—saving me about $80. I really appreciate the honesty and the quality of service. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Dia Amore Jewellers to anyone!
Barrie location - I needed a repair done on 2 gold chains. The lobster clasps needed to be replaced. Ahmad looked after me and was very efficient in replacing the clasps in the time frame that was decided upon. I also had my gold wedding ring sized and was extremely happy when Ahmad completed the job for me. I found the price to size my ring very reasonable. It looked brand new when I picked it up. Just got a silver chain from this store. Ali. Thankyou so much for the amazing customer service. I had heard about this store from a friend of mine. And I travelled all the way from Windsor to Barrie. Just to get my chain. And I can happily say. I am not disappointed. I got more than what I could have asked for.
