Fixed my chain very good! Great service
My wife's wedding band that we purchased here is causing her finger to break out in a rash. If it was pure gold it wouldn't do that so obviously these people are melting other metals into their gold. What they tell you your purchasing is completely false . Aka con artists Interesting you guys respond to all your negative reviews with "customer satisfaction is your goal" we tried to return this wedding band because we weren't SATISFIED and were told you won't do an exchange. Dia Amore made me a custom piece with a picture I had given them for reference. They took their time explaining different options (I choose a jacket style wedding band). When I picked up my wedding band it was a bit tight, this was no issue they had it resized and ready for pick up the next day! I was also told if I wasn’t happy with how it looked after a bit I was able to come back in and change it! Highly recommend!!!
I cannot recommend this jewelry store highly enough! I previously had a ring sized here after my mom spoke so highly of them, and when I got the ring back, the work was absolutely flawless. Because of that great experience, I brought my custom 14k white gold bridal set in for rhodium plating. They usually charge per ring, but gave me a fantastic deal on the two rings, which ended up saving me over $100!
