If there were zero stars I would give it zero. This place ruined my late mothers jewelry. Gold literally went grey and broke apart. Stones were switched out.!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!

Live in the north side Orillia area and had the worst time finding someone with the right laser to engrave a personal item in time for an event. Called these guys and the staff was phenomenal.
