Had a pair of prescription eyeglasses that I absolutely love. Took them to multiple opticians who could not repair them. The Jeweller at Dia Amore was able to fix them but sadly I think the pin in the frames is beyond repair because the frame seems to be bent again. I do give them a 5 star rating for their customer service. There was no charge for trying to fix them for me and while I was in the shop I couldn't help but admire their beautiful inventory. My husband and I were looking for an upgrade to my wedding band. Not only did they give me a great deal on a beautiful new wedding band, they did rhodium re-plating on my existing wedding band and engagement ring. They also re-tipped the claws on my engagement ring - all of this with same day service. My engagement ring looks as beautiful as it did when I got it 23 years ago. Amazing customer service and craftsmanship all at an excellent price point. All my future jewelry purchases will be made with them.
