Dr DiSilvestro is probably an excellent orthopedic surgeon but his post operative patient care is questionable. It is uncertain why Dr DiSilvestro is deficient in this regard but the record speaks for itself. He took on another Doctors patients while the doctor was on vacation. He failed to properly attend to a hip replacement patient’s distress and the patient died. Worst doctor ever! I had bunions from the time I was a teenager and I was afraid to have surgery and get them fixed but I couldn’t stand the discomfort so when I turned 50 I promised myself I would be brave and get the surgery.
