Today, my daughter and I went to this office, sat there and waited for 30 minutes. Ask the receptionist if it was going to be much longer and she was extremely nasty. Left the office looking for a new doctor never even saw the doctor. The receptionist put a bad taste in my mouth. She’s the first person you see you should be a happy-go-lucky woman, not nasty to the doctors patients!!! Being kind goes a long way!!!
If I can give a zero I would , I’m never going back to this office . Becky “ receptionist “ is the nastiest women to deal with . I’m beyond uncomfortable having to call the office cause of her . She gives me such anxiety n fear to call . Anyone have better suggestions to a doctor please let me know . She basically makes you feel like a POS . Stay away from this office the doctor don’t care how her patients are spoken too and it’s never addressed.
The doctor is great, but the office receptionist is so nasty! She hung up the phone on me! I've called two days in a row to get a prescription filled. She told me that she called it in and never did. It's an important medication that I need filled and if I go without taking it, I can have a seizure! After calling 4 times it still wasn't called in! I'm in search of a new doctor because her employees are terrible.
shes the best caring friendly understanding im i moved to florida and still come to nj 2 or three times a year to see her.
