I was referred to DiPalantino by one of my clients who had a great experience with them. They built a complicated retaining wall for us following engineer's drawings and did an excellent job. Everyone there, from Linda and the office staff, to John who does the quotes, to the project manager Tim and the masons are all very nice, knowledgable, and helpful. I hired DiPalantino Contractors to power wash and re-sand my porcelain pavers, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Garrett and Drew handled everything from moving items from the patio to putting it all back in place. They did an excellent job cleaning the pavers and thoroughly removing all the moss and weeds from between the joints. They were also very mindful around the pool area, taking extra care to prevent dirt and debris from getting into the water. DiPalantino was referred to us by a high-end contractor for cleaning and sealing our pavers. The work was done in November 2023, yet the weeds pushed right through their grouting between the pavers by the following June. They admitted that their poly sand had failed. They supposedly addressed the issue, yet the weeds sprung up again within months of installing the new poly sand. We were told that this treatment might last as long as 5 years without any maintenance. Four months is certainly a far cry from 5 years. As referenc... read more

We have been very disappointed in the material used at our property. Foundation vents installed are not functioning. It has been months trying to have the issue resolved.
