I wasted my time and money, and they damaged my car. The technician argued with me because he didn’t install all the parts I brought. Brian at the front desk lacks a focus on quality and provides poor customer service, even though I explained everything in detail and showed him all the parts that needed to be installed. Now the hood of my car doesn’t close properly because it’s misaligned, and they also broke the sensor cover. They also didn’t replace one of the broken parts. I'm long overdue in writing this 5 star review for DI Motorsports; John & Randy and their team have been so helpful in keeping our vehicles on the road. Although they are supposedly a "tire shop", we have had oil changes, tune-ups, battery replacement, oil leaks, timing belt replacement and many other services done here. They even installed ladder racks on my Ridgeline for me. I drive by many automotive repair shops on the way to DI Motorsports for a reason!
