Brought my car in to get some suspension work done. Raised the heights by having them adjust the coilovers. After spending sometime trying to raise it up, they could only adjust 1/8 of an inch. They recommended to reschedule for more time to remove the coilover and do the adjustment. There was not enough space to crank up the rings with the hydraulic system sitting on the bottom of the spring section. I use KW HLS on all four corners custom built for my car (GTR R35). I wasted my time and money, and they damaged my car. The technician argued with me because he didn’t install all the parts I brought. Brian at the front desk lacks a focus on quality and provides poor customer service, even though I explained everything in detail and showed him all the parts that needed to be installed. Now the hood of my car doesn’t close properly because it’s misaligned, and they also broke the sensor cover. They also didn’t replace one of the broken parts.
