I just got these done right now and i’ve never been to a nail salon where the artist forgets to top coat it and doesn’t get the edges of my nails and gets paint on my fingers and doesn’t clean it off. He was a very nice gentleman but for $55 i expect my gel manicure to look presentable. my gel nails are supposed to be glossy and they’re MATTE and have so much texture on them!!?!? there’s also nail polish on my fingers. on the corners of a lot of my nails the paint is obviously thinner or crusted cause the paint was applied t... read more
I try and be nice and support local places, but for me to be charged $80 for a solid color and for the work not even last a week is concerning to me. I usually pay $50-60 with a home based nail tech and they last a month or longer. Don’t get me wrong the staff is super friendly super accommodating and patient but I even asked for a clean up around my cuticles and that didn’t happen. Extremely unhappy with the service this salon provided. I got GelX nail service and a pedicure. They did my gelX manicure while I was sitting in the foot bath, extremely uncomfortable, they had me keep crossing my arms to the side so they could complete both services at one time. Not even 6 days later the gelX nails started coming off and they refused to give me a partial refund. The whole experience felt rushed and not at all the relaxing experience I came for. I would not recommend going to this salon.

I’m not one who gets to my self treated to nails often. from booking the appointment to the staff upon arrival and staff who designed my nails I felt comfortable and will be back guaranteed busy for a Saturday afternoon, but had customers in and out and satisfied very clean area
