Astonishing rude and unprofessional attitude I mostly go to spas in LA but I found this place in Redlands which seems to be a good place. It is advertising itself as a lux spa. Did I come to do a nail spa? Or did I come for a trial? I’m not sure. I went there today for nails for a Europe trip, and I expect to spend more than average money on their business, but the whole experience was shockingly bad that I just couldn’t finish it. Hi there 🩶 Here I am a year later adding some more photos of the amazing job Andy 1 has done throughout the year with my nails. I can’t share enough how satisfied I am with his work each and every time I have been there! Hands down Andy 1 is the best nail tech. I will continue to share the excellent experience I always have at this amazing salon!
Very happy with the services at this salon. Very friendly staff, clean location. My nail guy does a great job every time, my nails don't chip, or break, or lift. I will recommend them and I'll be back!
Expensive and nails don't last. Got the illuminati nails, only lasted 5 days and started to chip off and nails to break. Paid $82 for nails that lasted 5 days. Went back to get them redone and told them about they didn't even care to give me a credit. They try to sell you the illuminati and gel x and don't even last and more expensive. Also I saw a worker doing her toe nails where you get your nails done. Gross.
