Worst Service everWe had a terrible experience, my daughter bought a graduation dress two months in advance, after two months the dress did not arrive, after many callings we received many excuses, some excuses were the manufacturer mistake, employee made a mistake, apparently two times they send the wrong dress, the owner always denied to talk to us. Thank you lord for helping me find this wonderful people at this shop. I found not only the most beautiful dress for my daughter but the dress for all the damas . I have been hearing lots of negative comments on this shop but let me tell you. The experience I have with them has been wonderful I feel like I'm home. I have seen people go order there dress and only give a down payment and expect that the dress is ready for the day of there event with out them paying it in full. I do not recommend DiFrance to anyone, they do not have in house seamstress/stylist, therefore you have to rely on measurements and fittings back and forth between the office staff. I bought a custom made dress for my daughters homecoming and it was a complete disaster!!! The material was cheap, the zipper would not stay clasped (keep sliding down), there was visible sewing done outside dress, and the dress had blood spots from prickled fingertips on inside of dress (dress was white).
