RecommendedWe have been taking our dogs to Di Dio for over 10 years. I feel confident leaving my dog in the capable and loving hands of Bob and his entire staff. When we pick our dog up after his stay at Di Dio, he is always happy and beautifully groomed. I have recommended Di Dio to anyone in need of boarding and/or grooming their pets and have always received positive feedback from their experience there. I wouldn’t take our fur baby anywhere else!
Very professionally run by folks that KNOW pets. The facility was CLEAN as were the pets that were visiting. I'd be MOST confident to leave my 4 legged family members there�
Kudos, again, to Di-Dio's. We have taken all of our dogs to Di-Dio exclusively since 1998. Most currently, we are in limbo between houses and they have been the most awesome Doggie Day Care. We have never used a kennel in this way before but I wanted our dog to have some constant in life during our move. They have been so accommodating, especially since it is a 2 hour commute until we close on the new place. Thanks for your help and congrats on the new "vet on site" wing. It looks great!
Did not honor a reservation our family had for our two dogs. We showed up and they had given our large runner away to someone else - we were not late, there was no mix up. They admitted they made the decision to give it to someone else who wanted it after we had reserved it. They offered to split our two dogs up and put our 100+ dog in a small runner. Very clean, very caring personnel, and experienced groomers. Wouldn't take my beagles anywhere else.
