This company hired us to paint and remodel some carpentry at the Doubletree Hotel on 15th Street in Austin, after the first company couldn't finish, then they hired us to paint the stairs 16 stories from the basement to the roof and some walls and the pools also the hallways and we did a good job. This company hired us to come in to resurface the bathtubs at the Doubletree Hotel on 15th Street in Austin after the 1st company they hired did a poor job. It's been 5 months and they have yet to pay a penny. They did such a poor job on the renovations the ownership group, RLJ Lodging Trust, is refusing to pay them which is their excuse for not paying us even though management has signed off on our portion of the job. They take advantage of good, hard working small businesses! They had us do granite work for them in Austin TX and 3 months later and no attempt to pay the invoice! It has left our employees unpaid and disgruntled! No one answers the phone or returns emails and we have made multiple attempts to collect and be understanding. Contractors BEWARE!!
