Avoid this practice! Completely unethical practices are happening here. I was given a crown that I DIDN'T NEED! I paid my insurance portion then got a call from the very rude Lucille telling me I had to pay the portion that insurance denied. Why was it denied? I called my insurance company and was told the tooth was not cracked or decayed enough to warrant the crown. The dentist told me I needed the crown after she complimented me on my expensive handbag. Now I kow why the parking lot is always empty.

I have been to this clinic once. I can’t say much about the dentist since I only saw her briefly, but the front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was were unresponsive, raised her voice, and didn’t listen to what I was saying. I’m a physician and understand how busy healthcare settings can be, but basic respect and communication are essential. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr DiComes is awesome. We had to leave her practice because we moved to another State. We highly recommend her practice without reservations.
