I would just like to express my appreciation to all the staff at Di Bartoli Coffee for the great customer service I have received over the past several years, particularly when ordering coffee beans online. My favourite beans are Indian Monsoon Malabar which I order on a regular basis, and although I am now living near Newcastle, it usually only takes 2 or 3 days between ordering and delivery via Austral Post. I could not ask for better service.
Recently bought a Stone machine from Di Bartoli. The sales process was excellent. So helpful in explaining the different types of machines - and then setting our machine up in the showroom and giving us an invaluable lesson in making the perfect coffee - which we’re still working at! Highly recommend Di Bartoli.

I bought a Rocket Appartamento from the Di Bartoli team. It was a great experience, both Ben and Renzo have so much knowledge they are happy to share and gave an excellent complementary 1x1 tutorial on the art of espresso making. The team will service the machine and you can buy freshly roasted coffee beans from them too.
I first went into Di Bartoli over 15 years ago when Renzo opened in Bondi Junction. And today I'm still coming to Renzo! That says everything. In the world of the internet with such a fast-paced world, Renzo stands as a gentleman, giving high-quality workmanship and customer service rarely seen in today's times. My coffee machine keep me going! Thank you, Renzo, always the best!
