Such amazing service. I went into store thinking I had to return an item, which the team were happy to do but after chatting for a bit I realised I had made a rookie error with my portafilter. The team took me through the entire process and showed me how to change a gasket etc. I bought a couple of extra bits and got some free beans thrown in. OMG my coffee machine stopped working just prior to Christmas but 1 phone call to Ben, discussed the issue, was advised the part that was needed, posted the next day, arrived, machine fixed and working - disaster averted! Every contact with them is nothing short of excellent, great customer service, always friendly & the quickest delivery. Must mention the best tasting coffee beans - Highly recommend
Great store for all your coffee requirements and machine servicing. Just bought some quality Ethiopian green beans before Christmas. The order had to come in two packages due to Di Bartoli running out one of the varieties. Ben and Jenny kept me informed about the shortfall, and promptly completed the order when they had restocked.
