I Was In There On The 15th Of This Month. I Had Gone Up 2 Meet A Lady Named Mary. Mary Was So Kind & Helpful, Her Smile Brightens Her Work Station. Kudos 2 Mary 4 Doing A Fantastic Job, Being Kind & Taking Care Of Business!!! 😊 There Was Also A Gentleman That Works In The Back, He Printed Out A Benefit Review 4 ME, I Waited A Little & Here He Came Out With All The Documents I Needed & Also Made Me Copies. He Was Very Professional & Kind. I Didn't Catch His Name, But He Wears Glasses, Is My Height 5'7 & Is Slightly Balding, ... read more

IDHS fast and friendly service. Literally in then out finished in less than 20 minutes at the end of a Monday. Friendly staff and very simple system. The building does host other businesses so make sure you hit elevator floor 4. Its right there and friendly security guard helps direct which line you stand. Done and done. Thank you Illinois for a great service to many families.
