The lab staff themselves were fantastic in person. They were professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, the billing side was the complete opposite. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude, unhelpful, and acted like resubmitting a claim (something that is literally her job) was some huge burden. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. It’s a shame that the excellent lab experience is overshadowed by such awful service in billing.
