Always a pleasant experience here...
Very slow service. Here at 6:45am, 5th patient signed in by 7:10 and it’s 7:40 and still haven’t called not 1 patient for services. Open at 7am means you have technicians to start drawing blood at 7am.
Maribel at Renaissance Laboratories on Dove was amazing. This was my 9-year-old son’s first time ever getting lab work done, and he is a very nervous kid, so I was really worried about how it would go. But Maribel was so kind, patient, and gentle with him the whole time. She made him feel comfortable, calm, and even brave during the process.
