If I could give it no stars I would, the guy was so rude when I was about to check in. He was rude to everyone so I decided to leave. Will be doing my labs elsewhere.
Went to get some labs done here, and after 3 weeks, my doctor said they never received them, and I had to reschedule my appointment. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone over the spam of a week. I went in person to be told that they don't fax the results to the doctor. They just gave me a paper with associated DHR labs that are able to fax them. This makes no sense as I have used this lab before and had no problems with faxing the labs the doctor ordered. One person attending and being overworked and obviously not in a good mood.
The lab on Dove in Edinburg is SUPER PACKED. The lab over on Savannah in McAllen was basically walk in and out. Never going back to Dove lab
They are always professional and friendly.
