My visit began on Friday when I arrived to register for a medical procedure. Upon my arrival, I was attended to by a staff member named Marcela, who spent the majority of her time on her cellphone and did not greet me or acknowledge my presence when I introduced myself. 10/01/2025,tuve a mi bebé ,por medio de cesaría,como todo al principio si tenía miedo,pero el personal médico me dio la confianza, gracias a dios todo bien , buen trato de todo el personal, las enfermeras y el equipo completo de la doctora chapa excelente .. todo super bien..

Never again am I giving birth here. The nurses were so rude, extremely loud. I couldn't believe how loud they were and there was no one of authority to tell them to quiet down. They should have some type of work ethic, especially since we're literally about to give birth. While I was pushing, my baby's head was already coming, they were gossiping. Like what in the world. some nurses are very nice some are just rude worst place ever to deliver your baby first time here and last time ever and house keeping never comes no matter how many days you stay i stayed for 2 days trash in the room full and also from the restroom
