Visited for the first time and had a good experience. My 1 YO was sick with a high fever and drowsiness so I wanted to take her in quickly instead of waiting to take her to her pediatrician the next day (it was already 8pm). I’ve loved Driscoll Quick Care in the past but unfortunately they don’t accept Ambetter so I’m thankful DHR Urgent Care was available. The wait wasn’t too bad and the staff and Doctor were kind and considerate.
I took my daughter here a few weeks ago because it was the only one open on a Sunday at the hour, and my daughter was feeling awful. Big regret! My daughter tested positive for strep. Front desk was nice, MA was nice, the PA or NP idk what she is, was awful! She couldn't remember the dosage for Motrin to give and then she gives me a Rx for azithromicin for 5 days. Never heard of this for strep except for amoxicillin for about a week which I was adamant she should take and I should've trusted myself more. My daughter does end... read more
EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with today's visit here at DHR Urgent care. Dr.Imar took his time to LISTEN to both myself & my daughter, heard our concerns and he took the time to do full workspace on our sick child. I thank God for placing him here today with us at Urgent care. Honestly he's been the BEST physician here! Thank you for being my daughters guardian angel today!
I went here for a respiratory illness. Their attitude was that I was an inconvenience to them and the "diagnosis" was superficial and not helpful. As I continue to be plagued by my illness, I encourage anyone who is suffering and plans to seek urgent care to avoid this clinic.
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. When I walked in, the two staff members taking vitals were dismissive and one elderly lady told me I was “talking too much” while I was trying to explain my symptoms, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. Additionally, it didn’t seem like the facility had the proper equipment to properly assess or treat my condition. Instead of reassuring me, I left feeling more worried than when I arrived.
