Terrible. It's all about money. They called several times to remind me of the appointment. All the drama to make me wait four hours! This action is excuses by their favorite word, "sorry." Don't ever think of going to this location if you value your time. No excuses for unprofessional conduct, delay and poor office management.

I am placing only one star for the reason that the institute, being a place of care for the people, failed to consider placing door opening buttons for the handicap with the exception of the main entrance. The few minutes that I was present, I had the sad experience of seeing two elders, one in a wheelchair and the other with a walking cane, struggling to pull the door open and no one would stand to help.
