The doctors know what they are doing. The front desk girls are terrible. None of them know anything to the simplest questions. The phones never get answered. Maybe the office management needs better training to pass it on down.

Came in for an emergency, wasn’t treated as such. Was waiting for 5 hours for doctor after triage care. When asked how much longer I was told there was 6 people still ahead of me, and they had been waiting 9 hours. While I was waiting I saw another 5 patients leave without being seen because how long they were all waiting. Terrible emergency room and staff.

Howdy, I have been a Patient Four Times. Through this Hospital. The Staff OUR Great to a Point. When I Tried to Tell them of a Condition. They Did Not Listen. That was in the ER. Covin19 Does Not Help. They Test With a Q-Tip. But for me I have Told them WRONG Side. But again I Get a BLOODY NOSE. Next FOLLOW UP with DOCTORS. BAD. Call to Need to Set a Appointment.
