My experience with Blanca, one of the doctors on staff, was deeply disappointing. This individual was not only rude, but blatantly unprofessional speaking to me in a dismissive tone, showing zero concern or comfort. As a patient, I expected to be treated with basic respect and dignity. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden. No one seeking medical care should be subjected to that kind of behavior. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it directly how to speak to patients with compassion.
Canceled my appointment I waited 4 months for due to me not answering their confirmation call. Voicemail was left for me to call back and confirm, which I did, only to be informed the scheduler canceled my appointment. Unprofessional and rude.
Missed my appointment today because of car trouble I was told they would wait 15min after appointment time for me yet they have a posted notice that it may take two hours or more to be seen there is no logic in this. My time is just as valuable as theirs. This is the valley for you the more patients these places get since they overbook just like all the other Drs the more Medicaid money they make.
