Receptionist rude!
We had a scheduled appointment and waited almost 2 hours in waiting and “Au waiting” area. I would understand if we were a walk in but we had a set time to be seen. After waiting for so long, we asked for a refund on copay as we did not get seen and they said it would take a month to process. Receptionist, Yolanda, is very unprofessional and was smirking the whole time. Very unfortunate to have an unprofessional, sour person in front.
