This star goes to "Dr. Romanelli's Nurse Practitioner that i couldnt get her name cause she would flip her tag to not identify herself.....the WORST. No empathy for the patients, very rude, doesnt let you explain anything or atleast talk, roles her eyes, sighs like to show how fed up she is....the worst NP Ive even come across...the patient is the 1 with the problem, not her....i will never return no matter what....although i was referred to Dr. Romanelli i was never able to meet him.....turns out that its FNP Heather Smith.... read more
Heather is extremely rude, she would ignore my questions and walk out of the visit even though I was sharing my concerns of treatment for my son with her.Unorganized office staff.
Friendly staff from Samantha at the front desk to my daughter's therapist, Rick. A friend recommended this place over a place that is closer to home and so far its worth the drive!
So far so good.
Dr Romanelli is a great surgeon and Dr only problem is the office they have the A/C extremely unhealthy super hot as soon as i walked in the office my allergies flared up insantly its a season where we can easilget sick I did told NP but no action was taken
