They were nice to me and I saw one of the male nurses and everything came out good.

In this place they don't go by appointments, I literally waited 4 hrs to be seen, to only keep getting cut while talking by Ruben A, the np, he didnt let me explain how I was feeling so they could have a better understanding of my condition.
Appointment: an arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place. These people do not know what an appointment is meant to be so I’m leaving the definition to see if they finally able to get why they get such bad reviews. We have to plan our days according to the appointments provided by the staff only to be told they have 2-3 hour wait time what’s the point of the appointment if it isn’t good for anything.
