I been trying to get medication from this place for two weeks to be reviewed and approved to my pharmacy. No call backs, no updates, nothing. Just excuses and nothing. You claim to wanna help but you have been denying this.

At this time i can't say anything positive about this physician office. I had a medical consult with him on apri,l 3 moths later i still can't get 2nd appointment to get my diagnosis.

First three visits were very good. Today I sat and sat in a very crowded waiting room for an hour and a half. Typical RGV cattle call medicine where they have ZERO respect for the patients and just overschedule everything. They don't have any consideration for the waiting time and conditions. As an immunocmpromised individual it is scrappy to have to sit in a VERY OVERCROWDED area.

2-15-2023- Dr Gloria Simms - Expect she will make her own conclusion before she actually gives the patient an opportunity to disclose their personal symptoms. She bases her hypothesis based on previous records before listening to the patient's current symptoms. If the patient decides to redirect her or update her, she does not allow the patient to do that. Excelente Medico, persona y muy entregado a su profesión, sin ser mi esposo su paciente lo atendió de emergencia de un derrame que traía en el cerebro, le practico una cirugía de inmediato con la cual mi esposo se pudo salvar quedar sin secuelas permanentes. GRACIAS Dr. Atassi le estamos muy agradecidos, tambien a su asistente M Alvares y al personal de su oficina por su excelente trato
