Super slow even when you have an appointment don’t recommend
Beautiful hard working.
I have been trying to contact DHR Health Imaging Center by phone, and it is nearly impossible to reach anyone. Calls go unanswered, and it's very frustrating when you're trying to schedule an appointment or ask an important question. The quality of care may be excellent once you're seen, but the lack of phone accessibility creates unnecessary stress for patients. I hope they can improve their customer service by ensuring calls are answered promptly or returned in a timely manner.
They clearly have no respect for people's time. We arrived quite early for the appointment and still waited 45 minutes AFTER the appointment time to even be seen. Very disappointed.
