Efficient and fast

Horrific call behavior, the agents are either placing you on hold immediately without saying a word, or the are just picking up and hanging up, or answering then placing you on hold and then hanging up on you after you were already holding for 7 mins. Lack of professionalism, lack of patient care, if they are short staffed maybe fix that. I wish you can give them a 0 cause they are worse office.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Over two hour wait to be seen on multiple times. My second time I waited two hours just for them to tell me they could not do the appointment because the wrong orders. This place has people selling burritos, candy apples, and people asking for money for food in the lobby. Front staff is so robotic about registration, this place is definitely very unprofessional.
