Had an appt today (6/18) at 2:00 to check on my response to new medication and recent labs. Confirmed by text message on Friday the 13th I would be there. Show up for the appointment and am told I was called on the 13th to say the appointment was rescheduled ( a very common problem with this place). I never received a call and next appointment is not for another 3 months. I had to clear my work schedule and move clients, losing out on money and postponing services for my new clients.
