Took my mother in this place for an appointment and didn't get called back for 3 hours ,why is this place over scheduling people, especially the ones who are really sick,elderly,and handicap,to leave patients waiting that long while there already struggling is beyond my belief.The girls that run the front desk,should act and carry themselves in a professional manner,they talk about obscene stuff in a workplace yet are rude to the patients .They laugh and get along with each other ok cool but when your patient asks simple que... read more
I went for an echocardiogram. I waited maybe 5 minutes. Registration was painless. They explained everything well and it went as smoothly as could be expected. The procedure itself went well. They were concerned about my comfort and they did a great job. I would definitely come back if I needed their services.
Dr almeida told me to bring my dad next time. Insinuating that he would actually listen to my problems if a man were present. I live on my own and pay my own rent, I do not need my father present. 2/8 people I've spoken to are actually kindhearted. Everyone else has an attitude and is rude. I was crying to him about my heart pain yet he sat there careless.
