The technicians here are extremely insecure and have absolutely very civility and respect for patients. Came in with my brother and all the women here are rude and unprofessional. They need to hire better! It's the valley but wow. Could you be more insecure? The doctor was amazing however!!!!!
The medical staff has been exceptional at providing information and assisting me in my treatment and recovery. I want to recognize the excellent service from Marco. Dr Rodriguez and his staff are the best.
You know that feeling of relief when you finally find the right doctor? That’s Dr. Rodriguez! I originally started with a different doctor and the care was less than desirable. A whole year of wasted time and money only to not receive the needed surgery. Dr. Rodriguez and his amazing staff turned all that despair around. They sent me for the correct test, confirming what we already knew. Scheduled my surgery quickly and physical therapy was a blast! Dr. Rodriguez treated the pain, inflammation, stiffness & trigger to my right ring finger. On my 2nd visit the doctor injected the bottom of my right hand near the bottom of the finger with a Corticosteroid shot. It was very painful to me, but it took care of my symptoms within a month. I went back for my follow up today 08/14/24. The doctor was friendly, communicated well with me he is bilingual, & I am a happy patient. I saw he 3 times & discharged me today.
