Best Drs. really attentive, nice and great bed side manner
Cassandra, FNP, is amazing! She explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood every step. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. I felt very comfortable during my visit and truly appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients.
Very uneducated receptionist at the 495 office in Mission. Not a people person and has no manners. I will look for another Dr. Don't waste your time with this office in Mission.
Very disappointed in the level of disorganization from this place. I was supposed to have a procedure and had that appointment for 2 months. I did everything i was supposed to do and registered in time only to be told friday at 5 that eventhough I was scheduled for the following Monday the DOCTOR wasn't. No one was able to help me and they all had such an ugly attitude of "oh well". I was scheduled to come in today as a new patient at DHR Health Gastroenterology. My appointment was at 1:30. The only confirmation I received beforehand was a text message; no one called to confirm the appointment. Today I received a call letting me know the doctor had an emergency and would not be available.
