I would advise future patients to bring a sweater, rooms are very cold. While the staff is pleasant, the current wait time is unreasonable. I average two hours wait for a 5 minute consult. Then you have an additional 30 minute wait for scheduling of any follow up appointment’s .
I'm not going to talk about doctor. But I don't like that I have to wait for 1 hour to just for registeration. I had an appointment at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:00am., after over an hour waiting I still didn't get to register. How ridiculous.
Great Place To Heal!
I'm very disappointed at this place not my doctor. I have stage 4 non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, therefore I get endoscopies done very often due to varicose veins in my esophagus. I had my last one done on 11/12/24 by my GI doctor Sanchez. And he had told me I needed to get another one done in four wks which would have been last week. Second visit with Dr Cardenas/NP, Nancy E for multiple results. From the moment they open the door for you, until they open for you again before you leave, you’re in GREAT hands. Reception is always clean, and large, to accommodate many people. The wait times are minimal, nursing staff is very friendly and through when verifying prescriptions.
