Worst hospital ever no chairs for families to sit no tv for pacients staff are rude PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED
Absolutely horrible place, Because of Hipa I won't get into it, but trust when I say stay as far away from this place as possible. The ER department at least. The nursing staff are great, the doctors are horrible!
My father has been hospitalized here since last week after suffering a stroke. In Houston, we were told nothing could be done because his arteries were clogged, but at DHR Emergency Hospital he has received wonderful care — and in Spanish, his own language. 🙏🏼 My dad has always been fearful of hospitals, but here the trust, compassion, and attention have been exceptional. Alyssa the charge nurse on August 16th between 8am and 9am failed me only for the nurse to call me and transfer me to charge nurse as to why I left. I requested I didn't want to be near the woman throwing up massively it only made me feel worse and disgusted I understand it's ER the beds were empty only one man in the entry area as I walked in the ceilings were disgusting with water stains I was already disgusted and then how I was treated over the phone by Alyssa repeated herself like I'm some stupid patient.
