Your service and patience from your staff is horrible! They speak to you in a condescending manner and are plain rude.
The wait is ridiculous! Waiting over 7 hours to hear anything is bad health care. Running all the tests and apparently the protocol is only to come back once the final tests come in!! You could die of anxiety just waiting to hear back!!! Get it together DHR and learn to provide better services. The only reason they get a star is bc the staff was quick at initially responding and were nice, but no one should have to wait that long to hear back from the dr.
This old lady doing the pre check vitals with bad highlights that were 3 different colors, bad crows feet, smile lines and forehead wrinkles was genuinely incompetent and wasn’t paying any attention to what was even happening. While I was talking to the main nurse, she asked me a question that I had already answered when she was right there.
I went into the ER because I couldn't swallow my imatinib pill that I need to take daily and was telling Javier Cortinas that there was a schlotzsky ring preventing me from swallowing food, liquids and my medication he was laughing as if it wasn't true I told him I had an endoscope put down my nose at a nose and throat Dr and they had confirmed it, after pressuring him to do something he then did a barium swallow, after I was thinking ok now there probably gonna do a dilation of my esophagus nope he then came to me basically... read more
We came here at 10:20 leaving at 4pm WORST nurses. Having convo and not paying attention to their patients. We waited two hours and no nurse or Dr coming to see US.
