Horrible place, hot, dirty, one triage girl was being very sarcastic and unprofessional. I went for severe ear ache and severe earwax build up that I have not been able to get rid of with over the counter removal kits. I cannot hear out of that ear and feel so n much pressure, the triage sarcastic girl said I had an infection and they injected steroids and ibuprofen thru an IV and then I was told to go home with a antibiotic, steroid, prescription. Thank you for not judging us for listening to me and for treating us with respect and most important HUMAN!!!! Thank you for being kind and patient with my son. I traveled an hour from home to this emergency room because I was told it was one of the better hospitals in the area, with top tier equipment and a high level of care. I went there believing I would be in good hands. Unfortunately, my experience was one of the most traumatic medical experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, I was already in extreme pain.
