Alyssa the charge nurse on August 16th between 8am and 9am failed me only for the nurse to call me and transfer me to charge nurse as to why I left. I requested I didn't want to be near the woman throwing up massively it only made me feel worse and disgusted I understand it's ER the beds were empty only one man in the entry area as I walked in the ceilings were disgusting with water stains I was already disgusted and then how I was treated over the phone by Alyssa repeated herself like I'm some stupid patient. Very low quality. No one knows what’s going on. You wait for hours just for a room. No one can give you an answer.
Disgusting treatment of emergency waiting room patients It’s a mad house Patients left alone in waiting room to yell in pain and bleed out Very scary Complete disregard of people care Especially the elderly left alone
I don’t know how they are a functioning hospital. Been here for 3 hours with chest pain from heart surgery a few months ago. I can only imagine the price of the 2 Tylenol I had to beg for. The ER physician was very cavalier and I know Doctors generally have egos. This guy didn’t even listen: he seemed dismissive because I wasn’t some accident victim. Thankfully I have many copy mechanisms for pain etc but you should be ashamed of calling this a hospital
Waited 2 hours in the lobby when I get a bed I’m cold and I’m not offered a blanket, there’s no pillow, I’m told by my nurse that I’m dehydrated and I need to drink more water but he doesn’t offer me any water. And just disappears for a long time. Never coming here again . Didn’t ask me if I need anything.
