Dr. Milov is a wonderful ENT doctor, you can tell he has experience because he answered all my questions and some I didn't think to ask. He did found a sport on the back of my throat, performed a biopsy and determined it was cancer.
I am rating this clinic a one star because of the TWO cancellations and rescheduling. I have no idea what is going on with the Doctors and NPs, but receptionists have called me twice within 3 weeks to tell me that the doctors or NP had to cancel all their appointments. I understand life happens, but TWICE?! Not only that, it wasn’t until I kept going back-and-forth with the receptionist that I was told there isn’t even an AUDIOLOGIST within their clinic, so really these appointments are for consultations and then another app... read more

My son is scheduled for a 10:30am ear cleaning appointment in Harlingen. I called to verify the appointment and was told he was not on the schedule. I have an appointment card, correct day and time. Come to find out that Jessica, NP, no longer works there. Why was I not called to reschedule? Since this practice switched over to DHR we have had problems. Be prepared to wait an excessively long time, they don’t care if you are established or new or what time you check in, you won’t actually be checked in until they feel like you should be, even if it’s an hour after you arrive. Horrible. I’ve never seen things done this way where established patients have to wait for someone to sign up to even be checked in. Horrible steer clear
