Its very sad that they lost my referral twice already been waiting 7 months to see ear doc.very disappointed

Have been rescheduled twice - waited months for an appointment. Finally had an appt coming up and they called to say the doctor is no longer there and cancelled my appt. When asked if there were alternative doctors so I could keep my appt, was advised that there wasn’t and would have to find a new doctor. Wasted 6-7 months waiting.
Very Unorganized. Unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience with this business. Weren't able to locate my test results. I had to make my own appointment to see a specialist and then back to dhr. Had to help them do their jobs. They sewmed noot sure what was going on with anything. Over book patients make them wait for hours.
Dr. Milov is a wonderful ENT doctor, you can tell he has experience because he answered all my questions and some I didn't think to ask. He did found a sport on the back of my throat, performed a biopsy and determined it was cancer.
