My son is scheduled for a 10:30am ear cleaning appointment in Harlingen. I called to verify the appointment and was told he was not on the schedule. I have an appointment card, correct day and time. Come to find out that Jessica, NP, no longer works there. Why was I not called to reschedule? Since this practice switched over to DHR we have had problems. Be prepared to wait an excessively long time, they don’t care if you are established or new or what time you check in, you won’t actually be checked in until they feel like you should be, even if it’s an hour after you arrive. Horrible. I’ve never seen things done this way where established patients have to wait for someone to sign up to even be checked in. Horrible steer clear
I’ve been a patient for 7 years and Dr. Milov remains one of the best Doctors l’ve ever seen. Dr. Milov is a skilled, practical, no BS doctor who really cares.
The staff is friendly and are very helpful, if your going to schedule with somebody do not schedule with Dr Wright, he was a little bit more rough in trying to get my ear wax out and when I went with Dr Picu last year he was very smooth and made me feel comfortable.
