I have 8 days that I have my prescription, and the doctor never have time to approve the medication with the insurance company. I keep calling every day, but they don't care about their patients, it is a waste of time to seek for help in this place.the personnel did not pass the messages to the doctors, or just the doctors don't care about their patients.
Bar far the worst consultation ever! Left early from work for this appt that literally took about 10 minutes. Horrible. Took my daughter months ago and went to a different dr instead. NEVER again did i go back or even would refer anyone to this place.
It's been a challenge getting used to the insurance and medical protocol here in Texas then in New Mexico. I guess it's because it's so much more populated and being a republican state doesn't help. But with that said I've visited this place 3 times and I'm not happy. The doctor almost never looks you in the eyes, doesn't listen and always seems in a rush to get out. I don't feel as if I'm being listened to. I think I need to find some place else.
