After waiting for a year, they canceled and rescheduled me again. This shows a lack of empathy and organization. Mental health can’t wait. Please review your processes, because this is not helping your patients.

I am only rating a 1 because of the front office staff, not because of Dr. Agapito. Dr.Agapito has always been kind to me and has and is always trying to work with me to find what will work best for me me for the better of my mental health. I suffer a lot and have ongoing issues ypu woukd think that the front office staff would be more sensitive and considerate considering the type of patients that are being seeing like myself. I’ve been bringing my daughter here to see Claudia and Samuel and we’ve been loving it! ♥️ Claudia is so sweet, calm and soothing. She instantly made my daughter feel so comfortable with her and was able to open up. Samuel was very respectful, professional, very nice and attentive. He listened to all her concerns and worries and answered questions she wasn’t able to understand and explained everything so well. We absolutely recommend them! ♥️🙌🏾
