I'm amazed by the staff that treated my daughter on July 3, 2025@approx 4 a.m. From the very first step in the hospital and getting checked in so fast by the person who did check in, triage, nurses Sebastian and Rolando, Dr. Ybarra, Dr Haman, and the person who did the ultrasound. You all are so very nice and welcoming. I could not believe it. I dont understand why all medical staff in the USA don't treat thier patience with respect and with so much care. My husband went in today for a kidney stone and stent removal. The nurse in recovery was extremely rude and not empathetic at all. She was NOT patient or understanding. Made rude comments. She needs to work in a different area and not in recovery. She had no bedside manners. Very disappointed.
