I read through the other reviews before writing this one, and I now believe something changed with this company’s quality control — I agree with the negative reviews here. The construction is cheaply done, and I can’t recommend buying from them. For context: we’ve remodeled a previous home ourselves, and the quality of that work exceeded what we got from this builder on a new build. To put it bluntly this is like my 6th home. If you want a sub par house built as cheaply as possible that you’ll have to fix for rest of your life this is the GC for you. The owner also enjoys yelling at women and the elderly since he has no respect for anyone in this town. We don’t want people like this in our community so let’s not give our hard earned money to companies that do not share our views and values. Thanks RL , 3 gen native since 78.
