Reached out to get tracking info. I paid a lot of extra money for a package to be here on Fri February 20 and it didn’t arrive. I didn’t get an update until almost midnight. When I reached out to customer service, Ian rushed me off his chat and disconnected without even answering my question. I didn’t even get a refund for what I paid. I will be posting a review online of this horrible experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My appointment to get unloaded was 2 PM they told me workers not work the floor I am on until 4:30 PM. I will not book any more loads for DHL.

I initially had loved the company and everything it stood for. I eventually resigned back in May 2024 due to the culture deteriorating. I started here in February 2019; Overtime, I got promoted to an Operational Supervisor. Please make sure you avoid Lakisha R. Southern at all cost. She is an HR (Human Resource) Director. If you get onto her bad side...lets just say, you're pretty much on your way out the door without even knowing it.
