Driving 24+ years and I can honestly say this is definitely top 3 most unorganized and slowest place I ever been to pick up a load.
Tried to check in early for a 5pm appointment, sent me packing. Back at 4:30, sent me packing again, told to come back at 8. Back at 8, finally get a door with no movement yet and it's 10pm.. great place. Very disorganized, very busy. Could learn a lesson in warehousing, no public bathrooms so good luck ladies.
Picking up loads. This location has another the name Lego System Inc. Go by appointment times. Get in line to check with the guards at the guards house to verify your P/U infos. Make sure you bring in correct information like: PU #, Trailer #, Driver license, US DOT# and MC#. you'll be forced to enter all of these infos to a kiosk machine to check in before they'll able to assign you a dock #. Waiting for 2rd green light after loaded, then go back to the guards house to get paperwork. In&out about 3 hours.
