So printing off 1 page BOL takes 90 minutes ehhhh.....
The staff in the shipping and receiving office are rude disrespectful and uncouth. And this is not the giys at the gate. I am referring to the ones in the main building. Very ill manared and dont care about our time or to provide quality service. They come in see you waiting to get checked out, ignore you and act like you are invisible. I sat and waited for more than an hour while they looked me and said nothing to help me out. I had to go walk to them to see what that was about before they gave me service. This truly sucks.
All the negative reviews are correct. The appointment time doesn't matter at all even if you are here for drop and hook. I came here for drop and hook at 12pm for 1pm appointment and it is 3:40pm but load is still not ready. The light isn't even red yet. The Hispanic lady at checkin needs to be more professional with attitude.
