Worst service ever. My company ship goods all over the world. I was pushed around from Mohammed to Levi to Kesha. Everyone available by phone at customer service was zero help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I would receive a phone call and email. Which no email ever came, no phone call, no voicemails. I would never recommend this company. To this day we’ve spoken to 4 reps with zero resolutions. Just another we’ll have someone email or reach out.
Worst drivers no safety
$80 to ship a 3”x3” item from Japan, when they have a weak yen. Then, they wouldn’t deliver and held it until I paid another $22. Over $100 shipping for an item the size of a bottle of fingernail polish! DHL Corporate replied below that the most recent charge ($22) was from the US Government, but those charges were after a separate $80 for a tiny package from Japan!
