There is an error on your website, that make payment go through 4 times, and the shipment is not created. billing sent me to customers, customers sent me to tech, tech sent me to billing. No one is willing to solve my issue. This is the worst experience, and company's morale is so low it is astonishing. I do feel bad for leaving a one-star review but I feel like I'm in my right to do so. I have called customer service about this many times and have spoken to my local DHL office. DHL has always been a great company for me in the past but here is my main issue. I had a DHL package come from China and it was refused and DHL has the package back in hand. DHL has been giving me the run around since December 22nd! I honestly feel like some funny business is going on at their warehouse in Morrisville NORTH CAORLINA. They keep telling me they are doing an investigation into what has happened to my package and that they will get back to me by a certain date, and FAIL to do so! This is terrible customer service. They operate as if we are still in 1980, worst delivery company by a wide margin, there website is not helpful, customer service on the phone is useless, the delivery guys are very comfortable with the idea of delivering a package on second or 3rd attempt, they will not even attempt to knock on the door, I am guessing the whole operation is being run by contractors/consultants, which means the more people and time it takes them to do things the more money they make.
