DHL has been a reputable global brand over the years. However; there seems to be a bad and rotten apple amongst your apples (drivers) my candid advise as a client is that you fish out this rotten apple who stole my package so that he or she does not corrupt the other delivery personnel. With out attempting to deliver the package. They are updating status saying that no one is at home.
I shipped two large packages from Mexico to myself in the US. One package made it just fine. The second, DHL failed to submit the paperwork to get it through customs. Then, it was sent back to Mexico where they again failed to file any paperwork or contact me to get it back to the US. The package, with about $10,000 worth of stuff in it was ultimately disposed of by Mexico customs. They then denied my claim and said it was outside their control. The worst possible customer service experience ever given by one company. No one in customer service can help with a complaint. They repeat I understand and we will review so this doesn’t happen again. would rather give a zero, but can't. Sent a package and as soon as I saw it was "On Hold"I called customer service. They claim that they will send a message to the station and call me back. No call for over 24 hours. I call again, They tell me there is nothing there and will send a request to the station. This goes on for about 3 week and then they tell me the package is being returned.
