Useless company always fail to deliver, not sure how they still exist.must be competing with Evri/ Hermes on a downward spiral !? Package tracking and customer service nothing short of appalling. We are a new business that has not officially opened yet. We had a package that we had been told would be delivered by the end of the day today. We spent almost $100 in Ubers to get there and back to wait 4 hours with absolutely nothing. If I could rate DHL a zero I would have, unfortunately zero was not an option. If anyone @ DHL Corporate office is reading this, then listen up! I worked from home today, 11/10 to wait for me delivery & this is how it went: 1. DHL showed my package was on the truck for delivery @ 9:45 am. 2. All DHL has the worst customer service. I have been trying to get someone to tell me where my package is for weeks. I bought some thing overseas and it required my social to release. I asked repeadily for a secure way to provide it. I finally sent the info and now they say it is being shipped back to the sender. But that was 2 weeks ago. Then I was told it was heading to me.
