This was an extremely disappointing experience with DHL Express in the UAE and US regarding shipment AWB 9511336424 / Ref: 368493355. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the shipment sent from Dubai was never attempted for delivery in the United States, and the receiver was repeatedly denied access to retrieve the package. Dropped a package at the outside camper. Guy working there was very nice and professional, he help me a lot, making the delivery.
Unreasonable custom processing fees on top of all the other problems mentioned. If I have choice I avoid dealing with them to a point of not ordering from vendors that choose to ship through DHL.
Never thought it was possible for a company to be worse than the IS Postal Service but, apparently it is. Between a 187 dollars in shipping for a 200 dollar product to be shipped and then it just sitting on hold and not being able to contact anyone cause apparently mail doesn’t run in the weekend? If you need something shipped, use anyone but DHL
