Great customer service along with having a very clean and air conditioned store. Jose explained the process of shipping and eased our minds with a safe delivery process. We will return again.
Open to close hours are incorrect online, but also does not follow open to close hours listed on front door. If you’re not there before 4 o’clock, don’t even bother, because you’ll have driven out of your way for nothing.
Very helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we got our stuff done and were super nice. Shoutout to Jay for being so awesome 👏🏼 If you need your TSA pre-check done, this is the place to do it!
I found this DHL Express Service Point on Google, and I’m so glad I did! It was my first time visiting, and I had an excellent experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. The location was clean, organized, and very efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this DHL location!
My parents and I arrived for our 3:50, 4:00, and 4:10 PM appointments to enroll in TSA PreCheck but the location was closed.
