Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, my questions were answered, and I felt I knew my options before the treatment. They were usually ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. During my appointment, they went over all of my questions, and I left feeling much more informed.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I was completely at ease Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
