I hired Mr. Dhindsa as my realtor because he served the area I was looking for a house in and he offered me a 50% cash back on the commission the he received from the seller. He reassured me many times that he would give me the cash back as promised but couldnt provide a written guarantee as he said cash back in real estate transactions was not "legal" (No wonder Zip Realty and other realtors advertise cash backs publicly).
