Working with DR Horton Sales was easy and a fabulous experience. The opposite can be said for their title company. I sent in a Disbursement Authorization, they refused to honor it. No big deal, its 2023 but they are still living in the 90s I guess. I asked to review the settlement statement, was told I would be able to but it was being reviewed by the lender.
