Had DHI replace our roof after the derecho in 2020. In 2024 we noticed water damage in our closet and called and had DHI come out. DHI told us it was poor ventilation and that we needed to drill holes in our soffit. We did what they suggested thinking that that would fix the problem. It did not. In 2025 we noticed mold in our daughter‘s room on two walls and the carpet. We sent them a demand letter and they denied any responsibility for what had to happen to our house. Would not recommend. Shortly after our houses where done the gutters started falling apart and the siding has came off in different spots. When I called never got a return call and no one ever reached back out to me after I emailed also. Very disappointed!!!!!!
