Horrible experience! As this was my first time buying, I received little to no help from Laura and she ended up costing me thousands of dollars. She made this experience an absolute nightmare and when telling her branch manager, Ethan, could have cared less and was extremely defensive without getting the facts. Terrible customer service. DO NOT go with this company.
