Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and warm and friendly. I had complete trust that everything was being taken care of. My questions were answered promptly and accurately and I was never left with any doubt.
Worst mistake of my li life was to go thru Academy. I think Mark Jones Moto is Make them sign whether the customer likes it or not. I felt bullied and forced to sign papers on a filthy house. because they wanted to meet the closing date.
Jon and staff were extremely professional every step of the way. The customer experience was phenomenal which made the home buying process that much easier. I was extremely nervous and had a ton of questions being that I am a first time home buyer, Academy Mortgage and staff made it very comfortable.
The only complaint we have is that we were under the impression that only my husband and not myself to had to sign anything on closing day. When My husband went to sign The title office told him that I would also need to sign. Fortunately, we have a close friend in our home town that was a notary so it didn’t end up being an issue. Michael Pena was awesome, kept in contact with us the whole time and did what needed to be done to close as fast as possible.
Robert Rees did an amazing job helping me finance my new house. I asked him to work miracles and he did. I needed to get into my new house fast and didn’t have enough time to sell my current house. My small town bank would not finance me until I sold my current house but Robert was able to make it happen. Jon Holmes assists you in a very professional and friendly way, he explains in a very detailed way the processes to follow. Esmeralda is very good also in attention and explanation I thank you both for your good attention and your commitment in what you do.
