DHI came out the same day we called and did a temporary repair and put a tarp over the roof. They returned the next to complete the final repairs. Our insurance company said they were already on their approved contractors list so we did not have to wait for them to come to inspect the work first. They sent us before and after pictures of the work and our insurance agent said they did a good job
