These guys are GREAT! – Don't trust the other reviews! Seriously, These folks know what they are doing. They have been doing it for 20+ years since I have know them. Very bad service – While nice and friendly.... my computer turned out horribly. I waited months and months for it, jumping through many hoops only to get it back exactly the same. Not only are all of the problems still apparent, there was all sorts of nasty crud inside my keys that I know wasn't there when I cleaned it before bringing it in. Also, I was told my LCD was replaced, but upon turning it, I can see that a blotch is still on the side of the LCD.. it's the same LCD I gave them. As it was a problem with the computer ... read more
Absolutely Abborhent Service, will never return. – I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I checked a laptop in for a simple repair (Broken AC Jack on the motherboard), only because Asus recommended I go to a local certified repair location. After three weeks without contact I received a call asking for my password (which I had given at check in) I could hear the windows log-on after the first attempt, yet the technician insisted it had not and asked if I use any other passwords, even going to far as to ask for othe... read more
