I purchased a Lenovo Chromebook from Amazon through DHE Computer Systems.They canceled my order because they claim I didn't have a valid address.I emailed them a copy of my address and even gave them my phone number as well and they still canceled my order.It would've been nice if they called me and we worked out whatever mistake over the phone instead of flat out cancelling my order.I really needed that laptop.If that's the way business is done I don't want to have anything to do with you guys.
Anytime something goes wrong with my laptop, I beeline to DHE. They always take great care of my laptop, never "speak down" to me with computer lingo and I feel are very fair and honest with their assessments and prices!
I have been working with DHE for years now. They always give me a fare price and should something go wrong; I make a short phone call and they take care of the rest. No more long phone calls with costumer service wasting an hour of my time and waiting weeks for someone come fix it.
I can't recommend Dan and his team enough! If you need new computers or repairs, these guys are the best!
I've been purchasing equipment from DHE since 1997. As a former IT manager, I helped my then client purchase several workstations and a server from DHE. In addition, I have only purchased my systems from DHE that are tailored to my needs as a web designer; have helped others with purchases of computers through them and every system has been top notch and problem free. Got disappointed. I had a problem with my notebook, which is still under the manufacturer's warranty. DHE said that they ordered needed parts, and then a week later, I called them and found out that they lied about it. They found that my manufacturer's warranty has an issue and so they did not place the order for the parts without letting me know about it. I wasted the whole week waiting for nothing. Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues.
