Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues. These guys are GREAT! – Don't trust the other reviews! Seriously, These folks know what they are doing. They have been doing it for 20+ years since I have know them. Once again, they Fixed my PC quickly. And this time quicker than they promised. They are always Fast, they called me quickly, and it happened just like they said it would. Thanks to all the folks @ DHE!! Once again you guys are GREAT!!

Very bad service – While nice and friendly.... my computer turned out horribly. I waited months and months for it, jumping through many hoops only to get it back exactly the same. Not only are all of the problems still apparent, there was all sorts of nasty crud inside my keys that I know wasn't there when I cleaned it before bringing it in. Also, I was told my LCD was replaced, but upon turning it, I can see that a blotch is still on the side of the LCD.. it's the same LCD I gave them. Absolutely Abborhent Service, will never return. – I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I checked a laptop in for a simple repair (Broken AC Jack on the motherboard), only because Asus recommended I go to a local certified repair location. After three weeks without contact I received a call asking for my password (which I had given at check in) I could hear the windows log-on after the first attempt, yet the technician insisted it had not and asked if I use any other passwords, even going to far as to ask for othe... read more
