DH Care they are very helpful and welcoming. Best customer service i had.
I wish I could give zero star. 1. They will not pickup phone 2. If they pickup, they will keep you hold 3. If then they speak, some one will speak from their kitchen or dining or bed room, lots of noise. 4. They will ask several question to transfer a call. Seems like they’re transferring the call to moon. 5. Luckily if they transfer, the other person will not pick up the phone. 6. And they will not respond to your mail. How unprofessional this agency is! Don’t know how they still persists
Very unprofessional, it’s super hard for them to pick up the phone. Also they’re don’t understand English so if you don’t speak Bengali have a fun time trying to talk to them. They’re don’t tell you everything the first time they’re will forgot about forms and then tell you last minute about a form you have to fill out. Don’t waste your time here go somewhere else!!
